In 2008, Morice Mendoza was the launch Editor of the new business website, 20-first.com set-up by Avivah Wittenberg-Cox, CEO of the consultancy 20-first and co-author with Alison Maitland of WHY Women Mean Business (Wiley, 2008). The website is focused on the issue of how to create gender balanced organisations, which gain a competitive edge through more effective talent management and marketing strategies. As Editor, Morice was responsible for commissioning articles and reports, writing, and editing a wide range of topics relating to the issue. He also edited with Robert Youngblood the new business book by Avivah Wittenberg-Cox, HOW Women Mean Business: A Step by Step Guide to Profiting from Gender Balanced Business. This involved editing, writing, researching and conducting interviews with more than 30 senior managers and executives at top global companies. Morice also provided PR support including coverage in the Financial Times and BusinessWeek magazine.
